Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

What we collect

If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and your message. If you become a client, we also hold what is needed to do the work and bill for it: your business contact details, invoices and payment records, and the technical information about your systems that you give us access to.

This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and perform the work you ask for, send invoices, and keep the records a business is required to keep. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to send marketing you did not ask for.

Who else touches it

We run on a small number of well-known services, and your information passes through them only as needed: the contact form is delivered by Formspree; email is Google Workspace; invoicing is Wave; the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Each has its own privacy policy and security practices. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it or you ask us to.

Client systems and data

When you are a client, the credentials and data you give us are covered by our service terms: stored in an encrypted vault dedicated to your account, used only for your work, kept confidential, and handed back when the engagement ends.

How long we keep it

Contact-form messages are kept as long as we are talking with you about potential work, then deleted. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and for as long afterward as tax and business record-keeping rules require, typically seven years for financial records.

Your choices

Ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Email info@ferrellit.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
